"50 Years of Inspiration- Doing good, Being kind"

Tuesday, October 30th, the American Himalayan Foundation will host our Infamous Annual Dinner 50 Years of Inspiration- Doing good, Being kind at the Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco.

This year marks the 65th Anniversary of the first ascent of Everest by Tenzing Norgay and Sir Edmund Hillary.

It also marks 50 years since AHF Chairman's first and journey to Nepal that shaped his life and inspired him, as did Sir Edmund Hillary, to start the American Himalayan Foundation.
He has been going back every year since.

This year, we are honored to be joined by my good friend Phakchok Rinpoche, part of a new generation of Buddhist masters.

He is a joy to listen to, with a true ability to explain, with wit and humor, the most profound aspects of traditional wisdom and their relevance to modern life. He’s also the author of the much-anticipated book Radically Happy: A User's Guide to the Mind. And, of course, we will have some surprise guests, whose remarkable achievements illustrate the arc of our work and help celebrate all that AHF has achieved in lifting up the lives, every year, of over 300,000 people in the Himalaya.

We hope you join us. RSVP here.
