Bruce Moore
Bruce Moore, Senior Director of Program, first went to Nepal in 1993 to manage a five star hotel. In 2001 he pivoted from tourism to humanitarianism, joined the Foundation and never looked back. Supervising AHF projects all over Nepal means in any one day he could discuss cultural conservation with the Abbot of a Tibetan Monastery, chat with a young girl no longer at risk of being trafficked, laugh with a disabled teenager about to receive-life changing surgery, and jive with a high schooler. He has a master’s degree in International Relations and a huge heart.
